This article is SO awesome. I can't wait to try this out! I'd love to hear/see if you all have done this. The skirt Meg was wearing was so adorable! One of those out of the farmgirl tees would be so awesome!

I also got really excited when I saw those t-shirt skirts and am hoping I can get around to making one! They are super cute and I imagine quite comfy just because of the fabric. :)

I thought this was a great project. I just can't decide which of my old t-shirts to use first.

I went to thrift store and bought 2 mens gray tshirts and made a skirt like Meg was wearing. I love it! It is so sool on these hot summer days. I found more tees last week at discount store for $1 each, new. I bought enough for 3 more skirts! LOL

I love the look of the skirt Meg's wearing, too! I have a ton of projects in my lap, but this is on my radar to complete over the winter to have some fun skirts for next spring.

I went and bought some cute teal, dark purple, and burgundy tees at a clearance sale to make these. I figure these colors should carry me through fall too!
