If you go to Google Maps, you'll be able to see the street layout. http://maps.google.com (search for Rifle Colorado)

The local newspaper looks like it's the Citizen Telegram

Rifle looks like it is in Garfield County: http://www.garfield-county.com/ There's a link on this page to social services, just in case you need them.

I live near Rifle as well and agree that flying in to Grand Junction would be best . I hope you are coming for pleasure. I see someone offered prayers.its a lovely area.
