I hoping you might be able to help me out - I need a GREAT Egg Fu Young recipe. I have tried cooks.com and theirs where horrible. I know who to do the cake part of it but it is the brown sauce that I am really needing. There is a resturant that made the perfect sauce but they are out of business and so I would like to make it myself.

Hope you can help - Thanks in advance from a gal who is really wanting and craving a great Egg Fu Young...

Nope just saw it it.
1 tab oyster sauce
1 tsp beef instant beef bouillon
1 tsp molasses
1 tsp soysauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1 cup water

add to this
2 tab cornstarch
mixed with 1 tab warm water
heat to boiling and thickened and poor over egg foos
