I was seeing some jelly recipes made from flowers, etc., and started wondering- can I make jelly from my organic blackberry, raspberry, marionbery leaves? Or use them for some other edible, canned product? I trim off so many and just compost them....

I'm not sure, but I think I've read recipes using strawberry leaves for skin/hair care.
