try useing predator urine instead, for the mole's, get it at garden centers/feed stores and hunting supplies, follow directions, as far as keeping snakes away, no brush piles/wood piles close to the house or comman areas, keep grass cut, and trim up bushes and hedges about 1 foot from the ground...if you do have snakes, its because you have food sources for them, i.e. moles, mice, etc...so try and allow non-poisionous snakes to stay, they will help with the rodent problem...
