It would be roughly a 12 and 13 in women's, and 10.5 and 11.5 in mens. I find that Dansko run smaller, and I am a 7.5. So I usually size up to an 8.
Hope that helps :). I don't think the sizes are that far apart, it is definitely not noticable (otherwise I would have caught it!). The shoes look like a regular pair...
