Hi Farmgirls!

I just posted how to make your own spreadable butter on my blog:

http://lazyjbarcfarm.blogspot.com/2011/06/spreadable-butter.html

I'm 52 years old and sometimes I still feel like such a novice at this Farmgirl thing! Like, why didn't I think of this a LOOOONG time ago!

I also buy the spreadable butter (Olivio brand because the LOL brand got too soft too quickly). I may just try my hand at the homemade version to cut costs! Thanks for posting!

BTW, I love your whisk!!!

Spreadable butter is so nice to have around. I hate having my bread tear when I try to spread the butter.
