This is a wonderful way to dye your Easter Eggs! By using things found in my kitchen, that's exactly what I did this year. On Easter Sunday, my daughter, 24, spent the day with me and we had a blast coming up with different colors! You can use blueberries, onion peels, tea bags, instant coffee, raspberries, and a host of other things. You boil each item. Put a little vinegar in each of several cups and add your "dye". The longer it soaks, the deeper the color! Y'all have to try this! We all have eggs in the fridge and a multitude of things to use as dyes. No need to buy a commercial egg dye when you can use what is natural and organic.

I have no idea how to add a photo here, but I do have a photo on my facebook page!

Hope the link works!

You definitely need to list what you used and the colors-What made the green one?!

I found that plate at a garage sale for a dollar. Can you believe it? I love it! The bright green egg was done with boiled green apple peels. Isn't it beautiful? Here is a link to a host of ingredients for the different colors. And of course, you can always double dip your eggs in different colors for different effects.
