Here in southeastern Arizona, we have three major wildfires burning. The wind is terrible today and it is predicted to be bad again tomorrow! I posted about it on my blog with a couple of interesting links.

I am so sorry Candy, we have one as well in southern Colorado and into New Mexico. We just went under a Stage 2 Fire Ban, we had a wildfire last week less than 10 miles from us. The wind here is bad as well, I do not know what is going on with the weather, everyone sure needs rain. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Farmgirl Hugs, Debbie

I must report that we here in Florissant Colorado finally got rain. It isn't much yet but every little bit helps when you are under a stage 2 fire ban. No, sadly the rain is finished. We have a wild fire as well in Custer County up near the Wet mountains. The wind is so bad here too, we are now getting lots of smoke and ash from the Custer County and because of the wind, we are starting to get smoke from Arizona. Oh I wish all of us could get a break from this dry windy weather, it is awful. Farmgirl Hugs, Debbie

Well, we have over 150 fires burning around the state. One near us is making the sky white with smoke you can't see a cloud anywhere. Not to mention the health issues they are causing.
