Lemon Thyme!!
It smells amazingly lemony! When fresh and crushed you would think I had just cut into a beautiful lemon when you smell it- with a hit of that lovely thyme scent! I have one plant, plus an Orange Thyme that smells much more Thymey. I am thinking I am going to have to buy several more Lemon Thyme. I want to have bunches of it drying all over my house for winter use. I think it will really bring a good flavor to many chicken and fish dishes plus I could infuse it in vinegar and sprinkle it on the carpet before vacuuming and tuck it under the cushions on my couch!
I could even put it under the dog bed cover to give her bed a lovely lemony scent!! Oh the possibilites!!

and, and , and, I love it also, it works great for garlic or onion smell on your hands, take a wad and rub it ...also if you chew on it , it will get rid of garlic/onion breath...

Well, thank you for these suggestions y'all. I have some too and was wondering what to do with it besides pick some and rub it all over. I love the smell.

I grown Lemon thyme too and I love it as well. I have 3 plants growing in my garden and some made babies! I also grow lemon verbena, lemon balm and lime basil...all for the purpose of making my table salt. I dry all the herbs then grind them up with lemon/orange rind. I then grind up sea salt and mix the 2 batces together. We also use for cooking and baking salt. It really makes bread and tortillas taste amazing! With all the herbs we use less less per sprinkle and teaspoon. For theos items that need the exact amount I just pull out the straight sea salt. Enjoy your Lemon Thyme ALee!
