I agree with your thoughts. For those who are remembering a family member today, my heart goes out to you, and so does my respect for the hero you knew. I also pray for those still serving, for their safety.

Any farmgirls here who have hubbies in the service? Hugs to you!

Thank you for words on your Blog, they helped me feel better today. I was a care giver for a lady with Alzhiemers and she passed away a year ago today at 4PM.I have been the last few days really thinking about her, she was also a very dear friend. I really do miss her.

The only bright side is I got her big white Tom cat as the family didn't want him and he and I often talk. He was really vocal this mornng and evening. I just wonder if he knows this was the day also?

Thank you Elaine and Lola. I wonder how many of the younger folk will visit thier families' who have passed away in the future? Yes Lola, I think animals have been given special gifts that we as humans just haven't learned yet. we think THEY are dumb. Hmmmph! we just aren't too observant.
