I just finished canning a lavender jelly with orange and lemon juices. It has a flavor that is tough to describe but it is sooo good! And a very pretty color!

Hey Tracy,

You know I have never been interested in Lavender Jelly BUT I bet this is so good with the citrus added. Kind of reminiscent of Earl Grey. And it is beautiful! Thanks for sharing.

I lived in Pawtucket for a short while growing up :) Welcome to MJF :)

Thank you very much!
I was not sure about the lavender but this really is a refreshing one with the citrus in it!

I found it online; but with me being me...I adjusted it to add the citrus. It was just lavender jelly and I added orange rind in the infusion and the juice as well. It is just dried lavender infusion, pectin, sugar and lemon juice. Very easy but I felt it would need a complimentary flavor so I added the orange. It worked out very nicely!
