I am trying to do more cannning this year. You gals inspire me! We moved in 2009, have not gotten back to canning yet but did some small batches of this and that for the fridge. Picking cukes at the Farmers Market yesterday- I need to get busy with pickles ASAP!
My laments:
1) Rocky soil, small garden
2) Violets for making jelly- or violets, for that matter- do not grow here, wah!
