How fun!! My parents met in Germany and my mom graduated from Heidleburg High. I've never gotten to visit but would love to go! Too neat that you took a picture with your MJF magazine. :-)

Oh my goodness! Woolworth!! :-) Makes me think of the line in the movie Oh Brother Where Art Thou - "We was beat up by a bible salesman and banished from Woolsworths. I dont know, Everett, was it the one branch or all of them?" Your pictures are great!!

How cute...I love that you have a picture of you and the magazine together in Germany. My parents used to do all our shopping for clothes and everything (not food) at Woolworth's.....so glad you had a marvelous time visiting family. Erica:)

Grace, I hope you can share all your pictures with us when you get time. I know you will be tired when you get back. But I would love to see some German countryside. And I LOVE your hair! I will be just like that soon. Love it.

Hey Meg, fyi, you had a wonderful time in germany and I had to pry you outta the hands of my cousin, aunts & BFF! lol!

Hey Kristin, after coloring my hair nearly every shade of Clairol Red, I let my hair grow out & low & behold- silver! who wudda thunk it! lol! My mom & I both went from blond to grey very early...but I had been dyeing my hair red for over 17 years and then 4 years ago I dyed it to blond,, so I had no idea how gray I was.!

Mary Beth,,,Oh Brother! lololol!

Well, it looks great. I have noticed lots of women around here going all natural and I am so glad. Mine is not completely silver yet but I have lots of really cool streaks. I always get nice compliments. And when I really look close I see alot more. So I am ok with it. I saw a really beautiful lady last week buying plants and I just watched her the whole time. She was gorgeous. She had long silvery hail pulled back in a pony tail and a long dress on. Very regal looking. So I am happy with mine.
