On the online order form is says you get a complimentary magazine with your first order? I already have the current one.....but would LOVE a back issue if available. Do you know if they'll let you select one?

How long does it take to receive the magazine if you order more than $50? I ordered last month and haven't yet received the comp. magazine but I did receive my order.
