Im thinkin it would be fun to see what some of your craft rooms look like for whatever crafts you do.

If anyone wants to share would luv to see some pics and Im in the midts right now of making few changes to mine here but will try to get few posted.

I had to make some major adjustments to add a crib for our grandchildren (one for now is all we have) but its coming together. Soo will see if I can get some added tommorw.
Mine is like 99% scrapbooking, photography for now but just bought a quilt kit to make granddaugher a quilt.

I have a sewing room that is actually the guest bedroom but since we get so few come to visit it has been a blessing for my sewing area...now I don't have a craftroom per say but I do have a 20ft by 50ft shop that houses my stained glass & jewelry/silversmithing stuff...which I might add right now is covered in tons of dust!....My tiny office houses my scrapbooking supplies which I have yet to get back into since we moved here 3+ yrs ago...lol....but I do love your pics of your room...very nice & I bet many hours have been spent in there creating wonderful things!.....Michele'

Here is my major diaster I have been tryn to work on and organize in the past few weeks but it has gotten alot better so will post more newer pics later here BUT a diaster has to happen before somethings can clean up and look nice I always think:))

This is in the closet & I just made tags few weeks ago for now but got some nice ones printed on computer that I need to swap over to here hopin next week.

This is a unit I put up and got baskets to fill with some more supplies and have little hanging tags for each basket to get put on.

This is where we set up the crib and took out a big oak entertainment unit that I had filled with more scrapbooking supplies. My tv is behind the other pine entertainment unity with scrapbook stuff below.

This is lookin in from the doorway --still a diaster BUT have it more cleaned up and will try to post more later tonite.

I had to chuckle/cluck dona over your area...isn't it always the organizing of the stuff more time demanding than actually getting the crafts done?! I know for me thats what I am always doing because I get it set up & then decide its not working for me so I tear it all apart & do it again....and again....and again........lol.....but I do love your containers you have...very nice...some of my stuff is well organized in containers but the containers are old cookie tins, carboard boxes, file boxes so I have to hunt for things cause I can't remember which container they are in since I can['t see them....lol...I think I do this on purpose so I waste my time going thur things....yeah my mind works at its own weird way :) Like right now I have all my laces on the guest bed so I can see them while I am sewing but the problem is its a mess...which is ok while I am using them but then where do I put them when I am done with this project?? So my brain is working on a idea for them cause I do not want them in containers cause then I forget about them but am thinking of taking a clear heavy plastic shower curtain cutting it up but leaving a good 24inch square of it then sew in the clear pockets so I can put the lace in the pockets so I can see them....then I can tack/attach it to my closet door which is bare at the moment....now to go find a clear shower curtain in all my stuff....lol.....Michele'

Wow, you gals have lots of space and lots of stuff! Wish I had more of both.....I have a very small house so I have a couple of corners where I work on my craft and painting projects. We use our dining room table for every day use so I've been able to turn the kitchen table into decent a work space. My sewing room is in the corner of my office.

Cheers! ~ Marilyn

This is only one corner of my room (view is only about 1/4 of the room). There is a closet to the left with storage. Behind the mannequin is a wardrobe with drawers and cubbies for fabric storage. On top are baskets with sewing supplies. To the right is floor to ceiling shelving with storage bins for more sewing supplies and numerous other supplies. I use antique apple boxes for shelving/storage. There is an antique roll top desk in center of this pic that has my computer printer and other supplies, plus a phone, a tiny lamp and a few framed pictures.
To the right I have a HUGE executive cherry desk that is my papercrafting desk, with it's large work surface, drawers for storage and pull-outs on the sides. Papercrafting supplies are along the back of the desk under the window.
I store most of my fabric in this room, but my sewing area is in an entirely different room with NO carpet on the floor, with the ironing board handy and wall storage shelving over the machine.
The kitchen island counter top is also HUGE and that is where I do all my fabric cutting.
Keeping this room and my sewing center organized is a never ending endeavor!!!
Thanks for looking! There is where I (CJ) create "CJs CREATIONS"

I love seeing your craft rooms. So nice to see that most are full of stuff and as cluttered (but not messy) as mine is. I use a small bedroom and there is fabric and other stuff---stuffed everywhere. It is organized chaos! Add a few cats sleeping on my chair, ironing board, and any pile of fabric left out and you can picture what I am up against.

Enjoyed looking at everyone's place to be creative. Here is a couple of pictures of my weaving studio. It is my safe haven and love to be in there with all my fibers.

If I could get into the craft room at this point, I would be lucky. It's on the list for cleaning and organizing... someday. Right now, everything keeps getting dumped in there!

I love my 'Artsy Room'. Since it is only DH and me, I converted one of my bedrooms into my playhouse. The room is 14' by 14'. It
has a window facing the West. Every once in a while I take a glimpse out the window to watch the birds at their feeders.
