I just started using my dry it dehydrator from Gen and I love it. Can't seem to make enough fruit leather to last very long around here. I'm in the process of drying some leftover vegis and I was wondering about drying potatos. Do I cook them first? So far I've chunked them and put them in some water with some lemon juice so they don't brown but now what? Do I just place them on the trays to dry? Or should I boil them for a little bit then do that.

Wow! I'm so excited to hear that you have one of her dehydrators - I'm saving up for one myself, and I just can't wait. I don't have any experience drying things, so I'm no help that way, but I did want to say that I can't wait to be in your position!!!
Funny I was at my sister in laws today and she was dehydrating stuff and I thought the dehydrator looked familiar she said yeah it is the one I bought from you 8 years ago. It was funny I had forgotten I had ever even owned one
have a lovely day and may God bless you and keep you safe
