It's almost that time. . . we are anxiously waiting for the moment when we can head out into the woods and begin our harvest!! I have bartered and shared these wonderful delights with several of you this past year.
I am wondering if anyone is interested in ordering some. If your interested, either post here or drop me an email.

For those of you who are not familiar with them, I dry the tops in a dehydrator, then store them in air tight containers. You would use it like any other herb or spice, add it into a favorite dish such as soups, gravy, sprinkle on top of anything your going to oven roast, use it on salads, garlic bread etc. It tastes more like a mild garlic and is one of natures wonderful herbs. It can only be harvested in the spring when the leaves have emerged ( I only take the leaves, not the bulbs. . it takes 7 years for one bulb to mature! The bulbs are woody in texture and the leaves are just as good)

I did a tutorial on my blog last year on the harvesting and drying of them if you would like to check it out. Here is the direct link:

So, let me know if your interested, no commitment, just need an idea of how many might like to have some!
