So, I've found an old washing machine, sort of like this one, right by all our old "antique" farming equipment (We have a farm equipment graveyard:

It doesn't have the engine with it, so I'm trying to figure out a different way to use it. I was thinking of making a table out of it, or maybe a cooler or flowerpot. What do you all think?

A cooler for summer parties would be great! Wonderful idea!

I have one that I use for flower pot in the summer.

I use mine at an outdoor faucet, (SE put it in complete with hot water) to wash veggies from the garden before I bring them in, washing pots and tools, bath for my small dog and washing hands. I put a tube on the drain so it doesn't drain on my feet and ran it off about 6 feet away to a flower bed. I have a board that I can put over one side to make a work surface. I use one of those flat rubber disks as a drain stopper. I use it almost every day in the summer.

I was thinking of painting it, as well. :)
