Hi everyone!

I've been experimenting with different earth-friendly materials recently in an attempt to create some "green" shopping bags. Inspired by a pattern in a past issue of MaryJanes Farm magazine, I tried my hand at creating my own pattern and trying it out!
However, I would love to find some more....

I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies had any favorite patterns you like to use?
Thanks!

Love,
TennesseeCrafter

Hi Shannon,

Greetings from another Tennessee gal! I'm in the Smoky Mountains... Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area...so nice to meet you.

If you prefer sewing...
There is supposed to be over 50 patterns here:

If you crochet..here's some free patterns. You will have to register first to access them.

Do a search for "Market Bag" and it'll pop up a few.

Here's a blog that has a lot of free patterns.

Sweet Southern Hugs,
Stephanie

Thanks so much Stephanie! I am definitely going to be checking and trying these patterns out. :-)

You are pretty close to us! (We are about two-and-a-half hours west of you.) All of us in my family absolutely LOVE that area of TN...we go hiking there at least once a year, and we have some friends who live about an hour east of you, in Cherokee, NC.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog! I just got on yours, and I am going to be following. :-)

Have a nice evening,
Shannon
