I just fixed me a sandwich that I saw in the April issue of Whole Living (published by Martha Stewart). They have thirty different combinations of sandwiches and they all look delish. The one I fixed was hummus, roasted beets, parmesan cheese and (I forgot the lettuce) on seven-grain bread. It's a winner!
