Oh my, I look back at some tent glamping photos with my daughter on our 2011 road trip. We don't have that tent any more . . . bought a new one which we still have and also bought a little trailer. How times have changed! CJ

I tried my hand at chopping wood once.. notice the word once. lol I wasn't very good at it. was helping my dad and he decided I was much better at gathering and stacking it. lol my talents don't lie there. ha
the egg photo was pretty. was going to take photo of sallie laying her egg the other day... she got offended so I minded my manners and left her alone. she didn't like that odd thing looking at her in front of my face. lol she is my grumpy little girl. ha gabby would of said oh you have my bad side let me turn the other way! ha ha
I am waiting for the weather to warm up last of the week and will start on the shutterbug badge. want to get new photos for the website and start up a kangaroo kate facebook page. got joeys peaking out at me now fun time to try and get some pics of them. I had always enjoyed photography and when got so sick few years ago had not taken pictures as much.. now is time to get back into it glad the shutterbug badge came along got me motivated. will be posting some pictures soon.
So far there are some wonderful photos cant comment on them all !! cant wait to see more !!
what I didn't say earlier was I went back to the beginning on the shutterbug badges!. there are so many great photos and stories !! would love to comment on all of them. ha
I was admiring photos of sisters glamping with trailers and such my plan down the road is to finally get a Tipi. wanted one for years. I was sitting yesterday thinking hum? how can I glamp it up when I get one? that should be fun!!
Leslie.. loved the apron photo with the chicken ruffle!!!
Here are a couple photos to kick off the shutterbug badge.
This is Jack. He has gone over the rainbow bridge now. this is one of my favorite photos taken of him not long before he passed. He has a funny smile. had to have a front tooth pulled. He was a sweetheart of a boy. Jack is a Bennett wallaby.
Here is Quigley He is all grown up now at 3 years old he was about 1 1/2 years old in this photo. so angelic looking.. never guess he was a rough tough little guy! ha I was only one who played with him other boys wouldn't he was so rough. ha ha He is my sweetheart gets his loves from "mama" everyday.
going to post 4 photos from working on the shutterbug badge. took bunch of photos at my granny's 100th birthday. best family reunion we ever had only two people were not able to attend. badge requirement think said take 100? photos? I may of come close. ha
my cousin decorates cakes she is very talented. the cake she created for granny was awesome had everyone's names on it! was really lit up when candles were lighted. ha photos did not do it justice at all. they let my cousins little girl help blow the candles out
the photos taken that day were special granny passed a month later. we all had a wonderful day to say our good byes. most of us lived too far away to visit often. I knew when I left and the familiar touch of her hand as I stepped away she always held onto your fingers ever so gently as you pulled your hand away I took extra time that day to not let go. and the I love you from her was the last one I would ever have. She was a very strong influence in my life.
the photo with the handsome young man with granny is my son one of my favorite photos
last one is of me (and joey in pouch) mom, micah and granny. oh hard to tell but I had on my farm girl T-shirt that day
photo of hen girls. sallie, ima, gabby we lost ima just after this photo was taken. (black hen) was a sad loss. had just got dust off the camera to work on shutterbug badge and caught them pretty as a picture. ha I have a lot of shutterbug moments but keeping everyone still is the catch. ha ha ha
