I just received a huge bunch of fresh dill from my CSA this weekend but think I screwed up with it already. I put it in a glass of water in the fridge to keep it. But then I read in my "Vegetable Love" book that you're absolutely NOT supposed to do that with dill! I promptly rescued it and wrapped it loosely in a towel like the book said, but was I too late? Will I still be able to dry it with my other herbs in the dyhydrator? It is a bit limp...

I THINK it depends how long you had it in the fridge. I would try it but I am not used to dyhydrators.
