With all the problems I have been having getting my sugar levels balanced, I thought it time to really get it under control and regain authority over my body. The first step is cutting out as much unnatural sugar as possible.
I was wondering if any of you would be willing to share any good sugar free recipes that you might have.
Thanks bunches!
hugs
Jessie

I don't have any to share, but have you tried searching diabetic cookbooks at your library?

Robin-where would I find those, and what are they? :)
Kristina--actually, I didn't even think of that. :)
Thanks ladies,

Xylitol is made from birch trees and other sources. Agave is a syrup similar to maple but it got a low glycemic count.
