Anyone ever celebrate a century farm? We will be hosting a reunion this August, and wondering if anyone had any ideas?

What is a Century Farm? I am guessing a family farm that is 100 years old. Has the farm been in the same family for 100 years?

Yes, that is what it is about. My dads farm has been in the family for a hundred years, this year. So just looking for some fun ideas. Thinking of polishing up the tractors, and displaying, with the price paid for them over the years. Maybe the haying equipment. WE will have old family pictures in albums. Could do a family tree.

Hey cousin, I think a family tree would be great! We should also scan the old family pictures and Email copies around. This way everyone has photos from the old days!

Maybe have everyone Email what they can bring for the food and then check the list to see what category of food has too much or little.

I think the party will be fun and really something fun to celebrate!

Not a whole lot of farms stay in the family for a hundred years. Today my ma and dad are working on getting dates and names on pictures, as best they can. We might just make up CD's for the pcitures. They will be making a scrap book, or board with copies of the pictures.
Not too many other ideas yet.
