I'm new to this, but I want to see if anyone can help me determine where I can find the recipe for a treat (bread or cracker/muffin type) that was carried in the Mary Jane Farm Magazine sometime since June 2010. I saw it on a trip to Maine (where I was introduced to the magazine), failed to write down the recipe. I want to make a snack that will last without refrigeration for hiking or being on travel for a while.
Heres a cracker type recipe that I make when my hubby goes to Ethiopia It seems to keep him healthy as he has blood sugar issues and heart issues.

Littlemom, Thank you for this recipe for wheat crackers. I am definitely going to try it. My husband has diabetes and heart issues. I know he will like this one. Do you think you can substitute sugar for stevia or splenda?
