There is a special apron that is passed each month to a Farmgirl...chosen by the previous "apron-wearer." I am tying that apron on:
Brenda (classygram)... for the month of February. February is really the right month for Brenda, because it holds Valentine's Day and is the month of LOVE. The attachment under her name says "Seek reasons to love." If you look at her posts, Brenda is there to welcome, to console, to pray, to encourage, and to just stand by another Farmgirl. I think that is what most of us need...another to just be there.
So Brenda, here is your apron. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, and realize even more how humbling yet magnificent this honor really is. CONGRATULATIONS!

Yay for Brenda! I can understand why February is so very fitting a month for her to be FGOM! She always shares her love by being encouraging to all of us here!

Wow, (tears in my eyes), this is the first I have heard of this wonderful award.....I think it is so fantastic that a Sister is chosen to wear THE APRON for a month. Brenda, I am new here, just on my second year, and you seem to have touched the hearts of MANY. I feel so honored to be in the midst of ALL my SISTERS, (tears again...) I have enjoyed so many entries and I am so blessed to be a part of all that is the SISTERHOOD.

Oh my gosh!! I am in total shock. I never imagined ever being the farmgirl of the month. Thank you, thank you so much. I love all of you and enjoy all the love and support we all give each other here. MJF has made a big difference in my life. All the friends, chitchats, bible studies, reading groups, sharing our ideas in crafts,laughing and crying together and the exceptance of being our true self and the support is wonderful. Congratulations! I am still quite new to MJF but I have certainly seen your name on many of the kindest and most thoughtful responses to our sisters' questions and concerns.
