I have 2 cans I need to use. Would it bake nicely in an oatmeal muffin recipe that calls for milk?

I've never baked with it, but I do know that sometimes the canned stuff is pretty nasty tasting or smelling. I'd open the can, taste and smell it. If it passes that test, I'd use it.

I made oatmeal muffins and they were sooooo good. They came home, ate them, boasted about them, and that's when I told them I used goat's milk. My husband loved them too. I guess I'll be keeping extra cans around for baking (until we get our goats for our own milk this year).
