It's zero out right now. Wind chill of -19. I do hope this doesn't last. I can't handle it when it's this cold. Especially when I have to leave the house! Brrrr!!!

I guess we have had it pretty mild so far this winter. It is really bitter out there!

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

West central Minnesota here - 22 below at 6 a.m., we are not suppose to get above zero today - fortunately there is no wind, so no awful wind chill to experience. Many schools delayed 2 hours and west of us many closed. Forecast is for gradual warm up and then yes, more snow! Have a great winter day ladies, mine includes coffee, using the oven and some crochet or cross stitch that I can do while snuggled in an afghan! Blessings on your day.

I plan on staying home today as well. We just moved back to the Midwest from the coastal region of North Carolina, and I am having to reaquaint myself with the cold!

-10 this morning here in WI. Had a hard time believing that I left my nice warm bed and DH to have coffee with my DF. But it was sure worth it!

Gail-
I just noticed you are from Hutchinson MN---Goodness! My sister was married there.

What a nice little town!

Wicked cold this morning at 9-below...Mercifully no wind coming off the bay. Quite a few schools were closed in the surrounding area. Oh how I long for SPRING!

Melody, does she still live here? I am a lifetime resident - I might know her.

When I dragged my husband out of the house this afternoon around 5pm the car told me it was -7...and I made him go to Wal Mart with me to get ice cream. Yup, -7 and I went to the store to get ice cream. Crazy, I know!
