i just read the article katie, i think we are late at seeing this be done. corps seem ALL powerful now. the ceos of these corps are now in the white house. it is hopeful to see such movements. it could accelerate rather qiockly in this day of internet knowledge. i am close to shasta. she is a beautiful place. we sure need to protect what little resources we have left. a LOT of the u. s. water is sold to other countries. we do not own the water here. pretty bad deal. how can the gov. sell our resources but they do. thanks for the article. happy days sherrye
