We're in the height of strawberry season here. Going to go picking on Saturday. Does anyone have a good freezer jam recipe they'd like to share?

I made strawberry jam last summer. Usually I make it with MCP but last year I used Surejell(I think) I liked it much better than any I'd used before. Less sugar and fresher taste. Just used the recipe in the box.

My mom always made strawberry freezer jam when I was growing up. She just used the recipe in the Sure-gel package. It was always wonderful.

Made 10 small containers yesterday. I found pectin made especially for freezer jam. It was too easy -- the recipe was on the package. I like it because it used a lot less sugar. Worked great!
