It has been so long since I have even gotten to read the post. I have missed all of you so much. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you a Happy New Year. I t has been a very busy year with lots of ups and downs, the store has kept me busy then my mom and dad are in very bad health so its looking like I am going to be spending a lot more time with them. Good news moms cancer test all came back good,she does have lots of other problems and dad is in a wheelchair most of the time now. We are enjoying Little Man so much, he loves his papa better than anything. He will be 2 years old the 12th. I was with Janice Jonnie and Lisa in Burlington in Oct, and Janice and David come down often. Also Jonnie and little Violet came for a visit. Laura came awhile back also, all in all I just miss my farmgirl friends, it just seems like I never have any time anymoreI havent forgotten any of you. I have been trying for a year to rid myself of all this junk and have sold down now to where I probably will just finish it off with an auction or another orchard sale in the spring. Dear Miss Wilma,
Missed you too dear heart! So glad to hear that all is well in your neck of the woods...My family has pretty much settled in for a long winter here in the Great North Woods. As I type this the temperature is dropping below 15 degrees--Brrrr!
Sure wish I could come on down to your orchard sale in the spring-I would love to meet you in person.

Hey Miss Wilma!
So glad to hear about your momma--that's a Christmas gift, all its own. Hope your Christmas was wonderful with the little guy and that Santa was good to all of you. Was thinking, that if the weather gets a little better, I might try to head down to Louisville towards Janice's birthday at the end of January. Maybe we can all meet "halfway" :)
Glad to see you back on the forum--try to take a few days off in the New Year, will ya?

Hey, Jonni! I just emailed you. Love the pics of Violet so much! And Wilma, do you have a definite date for closing the store? We're going to call you this weekend. Let us help you move what needs to be moved. I mean it! An orchard sale in the spring sounds great. :) Maybe we could bring some 'extra' stuff(cabinet or two) that I can't get in the farmhouse(bought too much years ago and now it won't all fit in there).

Oh Miss Wilma.....I can at least "dream" about it all winter long!
Let me talk to my dear husband about a road trip this spring-Our 20th wedding anniversary will be in June maybe I can finagle a working vacation-I have always, always wanted to see Kentucky!!

Gosh its good to be back home HA, Janice the dealors have talked me into staying awhile longer and opening 4 days a week.What happened was I got my electric bill it went from 101$ to 374$ in one month then the owner uped my rent the same week. He wont do anything about the heat, but do you know one of the dealors went and bought me one of the big kersone heaters today, He also volnteered to up his rent 25 dollars a month. Now that is a friendIt kinda makes me angry that I completley redid that whole building didnt charge the owner a dime and he thinks I am going to pay him more rent and freeze to death doing it. Oh well for my dealors sakes I will try awhile longer. None of them want me to close. And by being off two days I can spend some time with my mom and dad. We have had little man for 11 days now and what a time we have had. Christmas was great I got to go home again, am always afraid it will snow,but Susie came by and we went with her. She has 4 wheel drive. Jonnie your Idea is super just let me know when. Did Janice tell you about the ANTIQUE she sold? Am having a New Years day sale Sat and have so much to do getting ready for it. Any of you girls near here just come on over. You dont have to buy but we could meet each other. If you want to come let me know and I will give you directions,Its bedtime so will catch you later Miss Wilma

Wilma - We're going to try to come for the sale tomorrow. If you have that other doll hat you told me about, I'll buy it if you can bring it to the store. The dolls are fighting over the other one. :) Now they all want a hat! HA!
