We own a 50.5 acre farm in the "Hart" of Kentucky. We currently raise Katahdin sheep, but usually have wool breeds and goats as well. We have chickens and bee's. We are looking to sell a portion of the farm and build a cedar cabin on 10 acres or so of the 30 acres of woods. There is about 20 acres of pasture, of which 3 lots are fenced. The barn is a large old tobacco barn and there is a small out building that was used as a hen house. We have two ponds and a small 950 sq ft farm house (2/1 plus partial basement). We heat with a wood stove and elect oil heaters and cool with window a/c units. Pictures upon request.

This is what I love to see ..Farmgirls sharing their land! YAY!! Surely there will come along a farmgirl or two who are able to move or are close already to where you are. If only....we have 6 more years here on the west coast, Kentucky is lovely, I have lived there...time will tell. IF it's still available..you just never know!

Love Each Other

We are in process of planning the new cabin, so if anyone would like to buy on land contract, that may be an option as well.

A Bend in the road, is not the end of the road, unless you fail to make the turn.

So what is the prica and can I get more information. I am a realtor, I know lots of people in Kentucky and would love to post this information for you. NO CHARGE! I also would love to move south. I am on limited land with my MIL in my main house and my parents moving into our basement which has a seperate entrance. I would love to spread out some, and get everyone their own cabin or trailer!!!!

God Bless
