this has been a rough week, I screwed up the finances so we are broke til the 22nd, the apt complex has decided no pets in my building so we need to move and find my daschund a home for a month, I have a line on a three bedroom apt that opens in feb. I am pleading and begging all my friends and family so that someone will be an angel and take her for a month. plus it's Christmas, not my favorite time of year anyway, I get depressed this time of year, miss my dad, my family is not close, all my troubles seem to magnify, and I just get cranky.
some farmgirl prayers would be welcome about now thank you |

Patricia, I don't know why, but this time of year I seem to be broke too. I hope you find someone to keep your dog for you. And that you find a place that takes dogs. It will get better soon. Just keep going. I'll be thinking of you.

Patricia- I did the same thing! I thought I had transferred some money into my checking and ended up with two overdraft fees! That was $70 I couldn't really afford to lose and we are very broke until payday on Christmas eve. I hate this, you know? It's so frustrating! Hang in there! You'll make it through!

Prayers going up...blessings coming down my Sister !! You are not alone in your journey. A really rough time to have this happen, well anytime is, but around Christmas and cold weather to move ! Wow !Know you are in my prayers !!

pat...oh my.... i am right in the same boat with you - tuesday is my payday and i have yet to ship presents to my grands in ohio or my victorian stocking to you (shame on me)...wish i could take your baby for you for the month or two--but i'm way up north!moved here a year ago from toledo ohio area--i had a doxies growing up...loved him...big farmgirl hugs to you

| thanks girls, it makes me feel better just to know somebody cares, I feel like I carry all this by myself way to often. my sister and brother and my college best friend have offered to take my Penny for th month of January, they are in the Toledo area and I am in the Cleveland area but at least she will be taken care of. we'll just have to drive up and visit her on weekends. |

I'm so glad that your little fur friend has a temporary home and wishing you love and a big hug this holiday time. I know it is easy to feel that no one is there for you, but all of your sisters are here and we will be here when you need an encouraging word or a hug or prayer!

What a thing to do, all of a sudden decide you can't have pets anymore. They should of made the rule for new tenents. Not the people that have already been there. That is cruel. I am so glad you found someone to take care of Penny for you. I have 2 doxies and I love them to pieces. Sweetie, I think everyone is broke this time of year. It just happens one way or another! Usually some lovely unexpected expense comes up for me, yup, this year too! $462. for a new water heater for the rental house. I really needed that, Not!! Things will get better, somehow they always do. Have a very Merry Christmas and may the New Year be the best yet.
