I really, really want some snow. :) We have lots of flooding right now and their is still flood warnings all over town.

Well, it's just plain freezing cold here. Today school was closed early so I went to get my granddaughter. On the way home I went through a blizzard, then sleet with my windshield freezing up. Then rain. Then got to my house and nothing here. But later got some sleet. We still have snow on the ground from last week. I feel like I have been picked up and moved to Alaska. When did that happen? Schools are close tomorrow. Friday is the last day of school but it will probably be closed again. They probably won't go back to school til spring now. Can ya tell I don't like winter? And it's not even winter yet! Good grief already!
Hannah, I sure wish I could send all this your way. But I think I prefer frozen dry ground to wet mucky mud. Stay dry.
Grace, that does look like some tea drinking weather for sure. I have been drinking alot too.

Schools are closed today in east central Indiana for snow....and, I'm drinking lots of tea. It is so amazing to me that the same children that I have to drag out of bed on a normal school morning POP! out of bed as soon as they hear that school is closed for snow. (can you hear the Wii in the background?)

Dutchy, I have access to a webcam site in my mothers home town in Heilbronn Germany. So each morning (9hours difference) I peek in to see what is going on in the Stadt Zentrum , (town center). They are just now getting some snow, but not so very much...I wonder how Talitha (in Germany) is doing?

We are getting unexpeted snow here in Northern West Virginia. It is so beautiful. I hope it hangs on for a white Christmas.

Actually, I have to agree, having snow on the ground for Christmas is beautiful...and according to the weather report we will be getting more snow staring Saturday, about 6-10"....so hopefully it will stay through till after Christmas with out turning into another storm or slush.
Oh, It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....

We got about 18 inches last weekend, and 7 more last night. Its gorgeous but our 2 Australian Sheperds are up to their back when they dive into a drift, which puts a serious damper on their outdoor energy output. They just can't run in this stuff.
The 2 indoor/outdoor cats are spending most of the time indoors too. I'm sure the mice are laughing in their undersnow tunnels.
We've got more snow forcast for Monday. Tomorrow we need to get some snow off the garage roof or it may be safer for the car outside.

Flood warnings are down but the rivers are still high. It has been raining all this week. :( I really want some snow! :) lol

Very cold today but no snow on the ground right now! (unusual!) We got an inch yesterday and it melted off by late afternoon. Was pretty while it lasted. I hope we have a white Christmas and then a very very early spring! We had a blizzard on May 24th last spring. NOT cool!
