Hmm... Make sure the location is correct in the image tag for wherever you saved the button image to for your own use.

If you hadn't saved the image somewhere of your own and uploaded it to the web yet, it's possible that whatever site you're posting it to doesn't allow cross-referencing (your server asking another outside server [ours at maryjanesfarm.org] for images).
