Julie and I are bosom friends and met as pen-pals on the forum, and she forwarded this amazing jam recipe to me in her last letter--It is otherwise, known as Carrot Cake Jam---- but in honor of Julie (she is a FABULOUS cook!) I labeled my jars as Paradise Plantation Jam!
