Meg, we are at the bottom of a hill and have some drifting, but it's still so pretty out!
Stay warm and enjoy the picture book scenery! =)

I'm so envious. I've been living in the desert for 18 years now and my goodness do I ever miss the snow! Thanks Meg and Lovingewe for sharing the pics. Sure makes my heart feel good to see it.

Beautiful. Hope you don't mind but I used the pictures for my computer screen backgrounds to try and help me get in the Christmas-y spirit. We've been having flurries here but no accumulation - looks pretty out the window without the mess LOL

lovingewe, beautiful! I do love this snow. Rosefairiemom, I have a snowy one of me and my girls on my desktop! Here's a few of our sledding adventures.

Mia just bombs down the hill in that little sled and loves it!

Stella could spend hours out there!

Loving it!

Now that I've wrapped my head around the fact its December and gotten the Christmas decorations out I'm okay if it snows. We just keep having flurries though that look pretty but are not accumulating, which in some ways isn't bad but its not helping me get the total Christmas thing going either.

Oh what cute pics, Meg! All those rosy red cheeks!

I just love winter - so send some of that white stuff out way. We did get some good flurries a few nights ago, but only enough to barely cover the open ground......but it was soooo purty!

Wow ! I do love the pictures truly beautiful. I am surprised we have not gotten a good snow yet . Usually we have snow by now. I know the farmers are ready for it. The winter wheat crop is in and we need a little (Or a lot) Yikes... did I say that ? For the wheat to do well next year! Thank you both for sharing your little piece of the world !!

Hugs...Kristy

What fabulous pictures! And the kids in the snow...precious :)...you too, of course, Meg :).

Growing up in Germany, we always had snow. Now I live in California, and have to drive to play in the snow. Unfortunately, our SUV was stolen last weekend, so our snow plans are out for the moment. So I am enjoying your snow pictures!

Greetings,
Heike

Heike, I do hope the police recover your SUV! So sorry that happened to you.

We actually had a white Christmas here in N. Alabama this year with about 4 inches of snow! Amazing!

We just went through the East Coast Blizzard and have about 15" of snow at our house. It's always so beautiful to look at. But the reality is it's 21 degrees, 35 mph winds, we are all tired of shoveling, and frankly, I'd rather be in Hawaii! :) But I do like looking at it.

I love all the photos of the snow... No snow for us in the east Tx pineywoods.... Early this week it was in the 30s and today the 60s. Last week we had temperatures in the 80s.... crazy Texas weather!!
