I say WHOA to HOA's...I could not live where my life could be dictated so by a group of homeowners with "good intentions"....no way.

how wonderful, it is going to be such a treat for you and your family to get settled in your new home. I'm looking forward to seeing pictures, and speaking of pictures, I saw a beautiful one of Naomi in one of her fabulous apron creations on Tie One On. And how lovely that you are getting enough land to really have fun gardening. There is magic in gardens. The house is beautiful and the big kitchen is such a treat....you are going to have such fun settling in,
