Does anyone in N. CA or OR need some helping hands?
I have a chicken whisperer (my son), and computer savvy stall mucker (my daughter), myself (versatile), and a German Shepard. I also have a big strapping husband who is available every once in a while.
We are suburban dwellers, with ranching in our blood :). I remember going to my relatives' farm/ranch twice a year with my dad to help with the livestock.
So I thought I would put it out there :)....maybe some sistah out in the FarmGirl land can use some help periodically?
Really, we are great with animals, and I have volunteered at a local organic farm with my kids. We are not total city slickers :). The kids and I are fairly flexible since we homeschool....
