Just found this at the library while ordering my 3rd book to the Anne of Green Gables series.

It's about the dust storms during the depression era.

I'm on the last book of AOGG and I will look for that book when I go to the library. It sounds very interesting. I have a list of some books on my blog if you're interested. I need to update it as I've read a few more since then. I keep it ongoing. I love finding what other people are reading. Thaks for sharing!

Thanks! I'll zip on over and take a look. I'm on my 3rd AOGG book and reading this one at the same time.

Good book! Read it a year or two ago. Since I was born an Okie it had extra significance. My Dad remembers the dark skies from the dust in his childhood in Oklahoma. Hard to imagine living year after year like that!
