Hey Farmgirls,
Thought we would be up and running by now but have had several set backs. One of them being the title of our business. Went to go sign off on all papers regarding Farmgirl Products the other day with our lawyer and found out that we could be sued later on down the road for trademark infringement due to Farmgirl and Farmboy Authentic Brand having already been trademarked. Lots of details later and several days of plugging in just about anything that sounded relevant to our mission and we ended up purchasing our new name as a premium domain name. Frustrating but glas to have found out before we officially started in on everything! We now are redesigning the homepage a bit and including Farmboys. The site is still all about Farmgirls, Farmboys and their way of life....just more sophisticated and capable of growing and expanding the way we need it to. I attached our new logo....third one now!...but you know what they say, "what doesnt kill you makes you stronger!" and we are heck bent on getting through this and getting it right.
