Our kids are too small to deal with this guy. He's fine with the grown ups but tries to fly up at our 4 & 6 year old. My husband thinks he may be ok with someone with older kids that know how to watch their backs.

He's going to be a meal soon if we can't find him another home.
He's 7 month old and I was told an Easter Egger.

He's big and beautiful, crows all the time, is a talker too.
He likes to chase a volleyball and even kicks it, really, he'd play soccer with you if you wanted.

I don't want to put him on Craigslist so I thought I'd try here first.

I live up by Everett, about 1 hour east of Seattle. If a farmgirl wants him, please ask. If you want him and then have a free meal that is fine too!

Oh, he's a beauty, Stephanie! I only wish we could have chickens here! Good luck finding him a good home! - Nini

He is a beauty and definitely an Ameracauna - you can tell by his ear muffs. I hope you find a great home for him since he looks like he would be good for a breeding project. You might want to contact local 4H clubs. Also we found a great home for our blue Ameracauna rooster on craigslist. You would be surprised at some of the people who get things off of craigslist. You can always ask them about themselves, what they are planning to do with him etc before you decide to sell or give him to them. Our rooster went to a great family with some hens who were looking for a mate. It worked out well. Let us know what happens! Sara
