Had a lovely treat the last time I visited Barnes and Noble bookstore....a lady had brought in her owl!! He was so wonderful...very calm but alert, and he kept hooting soft and low. He was so beautiful! (he has a little piece of wrapping paper in his beak)

I love sunflowers. They just make you smile. They grow all over my garden and the birds just love them after they are finished blooming. They also camoflage my garbage can near the house. I have seen fields of them and they are glorious.

I'm having some trouble accomplishing this very thing...i've done what you say to do. I get the "upload" box where I can search my computer for the file and then....nothing happens. I find the file, hit open, then the "upload" button and whole big bunch of nothing happens. Help, please :)

This is awesome!!! Now I can instantly share my photos with everyone. . . so here is a picture of my rustic ornaments I had for sale at the shop. . . I just love this tree!
They are cinnamon scents in the shapes of loons, moose and doves. Using applesauce and cinnamon, then gluing them onto birch bark pieces collected from my wood pile.

I'm new to this, so I might be in the wrong location. But wonder if anyone can help me determine where I can find the recipe for a treat (bread or cracker/muffin type) that was carried in the Mary Jane Farm Magazine sometime since June 2010. I saw it on a trip to Maine (where I was introduced to the magazine), failed to write down the recipe. I want to make a snack that will last without refrigeration for hiking or being on travel for a while. If I remember the entry, it was described as a good substitute for the usual granola or usual snack bars. |

When I try to post a photo all I get is a box with a red "X" in it. I click on the icon, select browse, find the photo I want and click upload. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks! Luanne

I am finally able to do this! It's so stinkin' easy too. I just didn't wait long enough for the image to come up on the post.
So the 1st shot is the 3 grands, Chloe, Coryn and kansas a few years ago at Easter.
2nd is Mazie and Cowboy. Cowboy is in the freezer and Mazie just had her 1st calf last week!
3rd is the 4 pigs I had a few years ago enjoying their little kiddie pool. They soon outgrew that.
4th is another shot of the kids and I think the big one is me.
5th shot is a bluebird on it's house. I love thsi picture.

Carla, The horse in the picture is Midnight. The only reason I was able to get her in the picture, is because I'm taking the picture while on the back of her buddy Soki. And she's upset,
