Unfortunately iPhoto doesn't let you reduce the picture size. The one down side to a Mac. If you have an IBM the Picture Manager program will let you resize. So until I can figure out how to get mine resized I can't either. I love that it is much easier now though it took me a moment to figure out I had to hit REPLY TO THIS TOPIC button on the top of the page to get the icons to come up.

Awesome photos so far. We're trying to fix/eliminate the resizing requirement. Stay tuned!

And yes, the photo function doesn't show up/work in the Quick Reply box. You have to go to Reply To Topic that you can find either at the top or the bottom of the page.

Here's a big one to test too! My farmgirls from this summer. It took a bit longer to load, since it's a bigger file but worked no prob!

So...after a bit more work on our end, we've figured it out and our program will automatically resize your photo for you!! So try it without resizing and see if it works!

Also, we've added the photo uploading button by the quick reply at the bottom of thread, so that should help too.

Keep us updated as you come across new questions.

Laurie, I was working with my iphoto at home and you can resize. I think if you go to edit or maybe file and click on export, it lets you resize it there. Which I was excited to find because now I can email small pics out to friends and family. If you can't find it, email me and I will walk you through it in email when I am in front of my mac this eve.

Texas Farmgirls!!! I recognize those red aprons in your pic. I wore MINE (woohoo!) all weekend: out to the pasture, up the ladder for apples, and in the kitchen making deviled eggs. I finally put it in the laundry basket last night. You are sooooooo loved. Gifts galore from you and everyone down there. Jonnie, your handiwork just blew me away. Many thanks! More later when I have more than two shakes of a lamb's tail.

I've not worn any of my other aprons since I got mine! You're so welcome! I'm so happy that you like it. Looking forward to hearing more from you.

Okay - here goes:

This is a photo of one of my favorite animals - a highland bull.
Isn't he awesome?! He lives right down the road from us. I couldn't resist taking his picture.

Congrats to Staci on being the 20th Farmgirl to post a picture on this thread!! Perfectly fitting that your post is of a beautiful highland bull! We'll get a Stitching Room book in the mail to you.

Now for the Ideabook...It will go out the Farmgirl that posts the 100th picture on this thread, so keep 'em coming. It is so fun to see all these beautiful pictures!

Well, let's see if I can do this. I've been absent from the forum for quite a while. My mother became very ill in January, was diagnosed with cancer in April and I was caring for her until she passed away in July. I miss her.
I also have a new granddaughter (my first grandchild) named Emma Sophia. She is such a sweet baby. I love being a grandmother!
Here is my little Emma-bean:

It's good to be back. :)
