I had one rogue cherry tomato plant that just would stop growing. Finially I had to put it out of its (or my) missory and pull it out. But before doing so I picked off all the green and ripe tomatoes. Sort of sick of canning, I looked up recipies on line and found a recipie for Green Tomatoe Cake. Oh my gosh! sooooo deliouce!! it is moist, dense, and sort of taste like a warm bowl of spicy tomatoe soup to me. Has anyone else here ever made it?
