I made the farmgirl saturday cake from the "Wisdom" book this morning - it was SO good! I made it with frozen mixed berries, and I had to cook it 10 minutes longer than the recipe because of that, but, boy, was it tasty with a cup of fresh coffee for me and a glass of cold milk for my little one. We had such a nice mid-morning snack! I just thought that I'd report that this one gets two thumbs up. I was just noticing that I seem to be trying all of the cake recipes first..... Hmmmm.....
