Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to you too! MY Mum is from Winnipeg and we have family living all over the Beautiful Maple Leaf country. This was one of the very favorite holidays in my family 2nd only to Christmas. My mother always had lots of company over so maybe we would get one invite to American Thanksgiving. A big blow out dinner 3 months in a row was not a good thing :-) This year is a little different for me as my Uncle died this week past and I leave on thursday am to fly up to Calgary for a Life Celebration gathering and I have recently started a new job so...next year we will have turkey on Canadian Thanksgiving.
Just a few things I am thankful for - Family Beautiful weather friends the life I have and my two furbies that keep me honest about walking every day :-)

Thank you for reminding me! I just send off a Happy Thanksgiving wish to my dear friend Cindy and her family. I am a Canadian born farmgirl too, but, I have been here so long that I have a bad time remembering that in Canada it's October not November!
