Hi All!!
Sorry for getting this going late. Please email me if you'd like to participate in a Halloween ATC Swap. Swap will close one week from today Monday, October 11th!!! I will send everyone a list of all of the participants & let's plan to get them in the mail by the following Monday, the 18th of October so they arrive by Halloween!! OK?!

Hi Peggy, An ATC card is a small trade card meant to be traded and not to be sold. ATC cards are similar to Mail Art only size difference the size is 2 1/2" X 3 1/2".

ATC's or "Artist Trading Cards" can be made from altering or covering up an old playing card or baseball card or any type of small playing card type item. Blank cards are also sold or can be made by cutting card stock or heavy paper to a 2.5 x 3.5 size. I have used old playing cards, blank cards & even my son's old Pokemon cards. It's like making a miniature piece of art. Use any materials you like!! They are very fun to make & very addicting!!!

Thats right, I cut up for a base a lot of time old cereal boxes, then put for stiffness and put my background paper on that and cover the back with plain paper.

Morning Anna,
You all did a wonderful job for the first swap. I wish I could have made sure you all received your packages on the same day, but that's out of my control. Expect a large vanilla envelope in your mailbox soon though. They were all mailed at the same time. The only suggestion would be to make sure you label the backs of your ATC's with the swap information for this round. I put stickers on yours for the "My Favorite Food" swap so all knew that you created those cute ATC's. Can't wait to see all your creations for this round.

I got my ATCs from favorite food yesterday and have a much better idea now of the possibilities! I'd like to participate in this one too. I'll start this weekend.
