Just a little warning about mailing tags and mail art. You need to add extra postage if you stamp or mark them "Please Do Not Bend". I got a call from my post office informing me regarding that. I had been marking envelopes like that for years, but now they wanted more postage. Maybe you could check with your local p.o. At this time of year, you don't want your artwork being kicked back for more postage or, worse yet, your recipient having to make up the difference.

Good info Sharon . . . I have ongoing dialogue with my post office. AND, we have the ABSOLUTELY GROUCHIEST mail carrier . . . . he just makes things WWWAAAAAAYYYYY more difficult than is necessary.
If in doubt, add a little extra. The "extra" applies to "lumpy" too . . .

Glad you received your tags. I was very excited about this swap as it is the first time for me, so I hurried to get them made and mailed. They were lots of fun to make, sure hope you liked them. Now, I feel like a little kid watching the mail box ... am really, really looking forward to receiving mine. (can you hear me giggling???)

I am mailing out the tags today that I made for BobbinRobin and Urban Chickie. I had such fun working on these. This is something that I had not dabbled in before but, now I am really into it and checking out the scrapbooking, card making classes.

Brenda...you are kind! Thank You! I love doing Mail-Art but found the tags such a small space to
work with-in. But maybe I will try again sometime. I want to see more of them posted and can't wait
to receive yours and my other swap partners tags. I am hoping for some inspiration from everyone.

 AnnetteI got your beautiful Gift Tags today. They are so simple and pretty...not over done like mine were! I love them! Took pictures but my computer is on the fritz and don't want to upload all my pictures on to my husbands computer. So, if you took any pictures please post them for me! If not we will just have to wait until I get my computer fixed...or get a new one! Thanks again! Loved them!!!
